Can I modify the floor plans?
Absolutely. Every Senka floor plan can be customised to suit your lifestyle. Move walls, add rooms, resize spaces — our design team works with you to make it yours.
How long does a new home build take?
A typical Senka new home build takes 7–9 months from contract signing to handover, depending on the design complexity and site conditions.
