Tell a friend or family member about your experience with Senka Homes. Share your referral link or let them mention your name when enquiring.

They Sign a Contract
Your referral meets with our team, chooses a home design, and signs a fixed-price building contract with Senka Homes.

You Get Paid
Once their build commences (slab poured), we deposit $500 directly into your nominated bank account within 14 business days.
TERMS & ELIGIBILITY
Who's Eligible?
- Any existing or past Senka Homes client can refer
- Referral must be a new client not already in contact with Senka
- Referral must sign a building contract with Senka Homes
- $500 paid once referral’s build commences (slab stage)
- No limit on the number of referrals – earn $500 each time
Fine Print
Referral reward is paid as a one-off cash payment per qualifying referral. The referred party must sign a new residential building contract with Senka Homes Pty Ltd. The referrer cannot be the same person as the contract holder. Senka Homes reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at any time. Payment is made within 14 business days of slab pour.
