Who's Covered
- All new Senka home builds signed from 2024 onwards
- Available on all Senka home designs and packages
- Applies to standard sites within Senka’s build areas
- Extends to Custom Build, New Homes, and H&L
- Must be a residential build (not commercial)
The Details
Guarantees are contractual commitments documented in your Senka building agreement. Fixed- price guarantee applies to agreed scope – client-initiated variations are quoted separately.
Structural warranty: 7 years from practical completion. Domestic building insurance as required under the Victorian Domestic Building Contracts Act.
